The rooms were spacious and clean. They provided all necessary amenities for our trip. the beds offered great comfort. the location also allowed easy access to various attractions and facilities.
the ac unit, while functional, produced a noticeable level of noise.

the location was amazing. there are three subway stations close. i appreciated the rooftop terrace. the front desk stored my luggage before check in. they also stored my luggage after check out.
the bathroom shower could have been better. i would have appreciated a more convenient setup.

the location is good. the staff were helpful.
The room lacked basic amenities. there was no coffee maker, just instant coffee. the safe wasn't secured. It just sat in the closet.

I found spacious accommodations that worked well for my needs. The free laundry area included both washer and dryer, that was very useful. The wifi connection was good, this helped me stay connected. The location allowed me easy access to the financial district and ferries.
The televisions required me to connect to my own Apple TV account. This was inconvenient as it wasn't setup for other viewing styles.

Staff offers efficient service to guest. I found the staff clean and efficient. Temperature in the unit could be well controlled by occupants.

A free laundry area existed with both a washer and dryer. A functional community kitchen sits around the building. I found the gym adequate. Weight area should get better.

perfect design helpful staff clean accommodation
the room design met my needs perfectly. i appreciated the location. the staff was really nice and helpful. the accommodation felt very comfy and tidy.
I found the online check-in process somewhat cumbersome. It could use some simplification.

Fantastic stay in Financial District
phone speakers music quality text response polite staff
I really enjoyed hooking my phone to the room speakers. The music quality was great. It was so convenient to text the front desk with questions, and I received quick responses. I also appreciated that the staff was very polite.
The lighting in the bathroom could be a bit better. It felt a little dim. This is a really minor point!

The hotel is next to a great coffee shop. There is also a very convenient restaurant right next door. Breakfast and lunch were both easily accessible with these options, and I had great coffee.

The front desk staff were very helpful and always available. They were able to quickly address my needs through texting. This made communication fast and very efficient for any minor requests or questions I had.

The gym includes three treadmills for cardio workouts. I noticed also two stationary bikes, and free weights are available. The rooftop terrace offers a great view, I would highly recommend for a relaxed evening.
